The Online Classbook Program applies the same fun and easy web-based tool to a class book where each student writes, illustrates or scrapbooks one or two pages that can include multiple photos — or simply scan and upload pages. The online tool does not require any software download or installation, which means that each student can use their unique user ID to work on their page from any computer that has Internet access, even at home. Students can only access and edit their own page, while the project administrator can see and edit any student’s page. The Mail-in Classbook Program gives students the traditional pen-to-paper experience while creating a class book where each student contributes a written and/or illustrated page. Teachers instantly access and print out manuscript pages which are personalized for each student. The individualized manuscript pages were designed to avoid multiple students having to redo their work for one mistake.
