We do our best to produce all free programs within the advertised production times, however, our high volume during the peak school production season (April to June) may prohibit this. Therefore, we strongly advise you to reserve priority production now for any free programs you may be interested in doing this school year. You will be under no obligation to actually submit a reserved project for production. You can change or delete your reservation date any time from the “My Account” area, however, we cannot guarantee that a particular priority production reservation date will be available when you decide to change it. If it is not, but you wish to change the date anyway, you will need to cancel your reservation which will allow you to change the submission dates on each individual project. Doing so will likely result in a delay of your production time by two weeks or more, but this will be indicated in the Estimated Production Time that is provided when you select a Submission Date.
To retain your Priority Production Reservation, you will have a one week grace period before and after the Submission Date to actually submit your project; however, we must receive your Student Order Forms before we will begin production at the advertised production times. Therefore, please make sure we receive your Student Order Forms (and any other required materials) no more than one week after your Submission Date.
Note that you do not need a reservation to start a project. If you are ready to start a project now, proceed to project setup and the Estimated Production Schedule provided to you when you select a date, will be your production time.
